KWD Services, Inc. values quality of service and uptime - Here at KWD Services we own all of the hardware used to host and run your product/service and maintain the entire network ourselves. Our own in-house engineering team monitors our network 24 hours a the day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to ensure that services are always up. All of the hardware is housed in Tier-3, N+1 redundant data centers. The data centers all have 24/7 security and are SAS 70 Type II certified facilities. Our hardware consists of all Cisco networking equipment and in-house built rack mountable servers. Building all of our servers in-house helps ensure durability of parts and compatibility. Most of our competitors lease this task out to 3rd party companies, and therefore are unable to ensure reliability and redundancy.
